- The offer is applicable across participating hotels within India and globally, subject to availability.

- This promotional rate cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or negotiated rate, including third-party.
- Reservations must be booked on the Taj Holidays Beat The Heat Offer to avail of the benefits.

- Extra adults and children will be charged as per the hotel’s standard policy, applicable rates, and taxes.
- Taxes, applicable as per local regulations and government mandates, are extra and payable.
- Reservations exceeding 5 rooms on overlapping dates will be considered group bookings; the hotels reserve the right to refuse such bookings or apply special rates. In such a case, the group stay terms and conditions per hotel policy shall be applicable.
- Our Taj InnerCircle- NeuPass Loyalty Program members can earn NeuCoins only on their eligible spends only on bookings made via the brand website, Tata Neu app, IHCL central reservation office or hotel reservation office. Bookings made via any other mediums will not be eligible to earn NeuCoins.
- Each hotel reserves the right to refuse bookings that are not as per the Terms and Conditions.
