First of all I booked our rooms directly with the hotel so I got a good deal . Ms. Manjula at the reception has been very graceful helping us with whatever we needed, big or small ! She is a real asset for your hotel ! All the staff members were very warm ,polite and helpful and most importantly cheerful ! The food was good especially the local food section in every dinner that was cooked in earthenware . We certainly enjoyed the hot filter coffee ! My kids enjoyed the pastas and desserts ! The property is beautiful ,lush and green. Our room was big and beautiful with a gorgeous high thatched roof . In the rainy weather many snails ,frogs and lizards paid us a visit on our way to the restaurant and back! Got to see such giant snails which i think is quite rare ! We also spotted a few colorful birds from our sit out but the rain limited this bird watching experience . We loved waking up to the lovely bird songs otherwise ,could hear peacocks too but didnt see any on the property! We also quite enjoyed playing table tennis in the games room . There are a lot of beautiful places to visit around whether its the hoysala temples ,coffee estates or waterfalls .The hotel has a very convenient map with these locations for our convenience ,the staff have a very good knowledge of these locations . Do try the estate cafe which is about an hour from the hotel !Its simple gorgeous ! Not to forget ,the hotel is pet friendly ,we had a pet in our gang and arranging food for him was easy! Only downside is the wifi connection when it rains! Always loved this place and would love to visit again !

We had a very enjoysbke stay. Really commend and appreciate the services of Ram Kishore Chirag Manjula and housekeeping Prashant. However the wifi needs improvement
