The drive is scenic, and the prayer session resonates with a spiritual fervor that has to be experienced in person. Guests will have the option of walking this path if they so desire. If you are looking for a spiritually elevating experience, this is it. We will serve pre-packed refreshments at a scenic spot near the Monastery. Camping chairs, stools, tables are set up for you to simply luxuriate in the scenery.

2 km from the resort, Fambong Lho Wildlife Sanctuary is a pristine bio-reserve situated at an altitude of 2133 mt. above sea level. Ideal for both novice hikers as well as expert trekkers, this wildlife bio-reserve is spread across 51 square km in Gangtok and is 20 minutes from the resort. Well-maintained yet wild, it is home to, among other species, the black bear; some even claim to have spotted the “Sokpa”! An option for visitors looking for a scenic yet easy exploration of Sikkim’s forests, Fambong Lho has multiple view-points that encourage introspection, all the while looking out at a panoramic Gangtok. An open-air amphitheater, big lawns, an eclectic orchid nursery, and wooden cottages add to a memorable experience.
