Was great
Staff was very attentive and caring, great customer service, esp Mr pradeep kumar Dubey qnd Mr Raktim Ghosh were fantastic, they made pur stay awesome. Mr Amit Walia in resturant was so great, his service was amazing and chef Dimple cooked very delicious food, could not fault anything. Will love to come back.

Ultimate in hospitality Taj staff pampers you and perform more then expectations. The staff will not leave no stone unturned to serve you.
We thought that since Amrinder has left for Dubai why he will take interest in our booking but sitting in Dubai he took Mr Dinesh Motani in loop and helped us in booking at the hotel. After that both of them ensured that our booking is done as per our desire. We could see the same fire in Mr Dinesh as we used to see Mr Amrinder. After booking we approached Ms Nikhita in front desk for some help and she did it more then expectation. It shows serving the clients is in blood of every employee of Taj. Next comes service by Mr Anil and Mr Laxman in Emperior Lounge. We have also seen serving Nawab in in room dining and Deepak , Milind , Ms Mallika Amit and Ms Vaishnavi in Machan. They all serve you like a child. We have also observed Mr Sansar ( Bell Boy ) and Mr Deepak Ms Ankita and Ms Manisha at reception doing their duty with full dedication. They all need pat at back. Just 1 suggestion that it would have been better if Smart TV are in the room.

Highly satisfactory.
Very smooth check in 2 minutes, quick check out also in 2minutes and luggage bag brought down from room and placed in the car in 4 minutes. Excellent service in lounge, machan and bar.Special appreciation for Mr Laxmi Narayan at Rick's bar for prompt & courteous service. One of the most efficiently run Hotel. My compliments to the top management and team for their great hospitality.
