Brilliant
A very short stay by us still a very memorable one....
From arranging us dinner after a very late arrival to a good spread of breakfast

Very friendly and helpful

Felt comfortable, secure and safe during this difficult period
My wife and I felt very comfortable and the staff were extremely courteous as expected in Taj hotels. I never had any bad experience in Taj hotels so far; I have stayed at Taj Hotels Mumbai in to many of your properties in various cities during the last 20 years, though we also used to choose other hotels including in Cochin. Here onwards our resolve is to choose Taj to the extent possible: certain facilities in the room were not available which I understand is due to COVID protocols being followed. We would also mention the front desk manager , Mr David at the time of check in and check out was very helpful , courteous and efficient.
