On top of the retreat, the Rock Flour with its al fresco stands like a sentinel welcoming you into its airy environs and serving up the world. All 213.6 sq mtr of it, with provincial design flourishes, double-height ceiling and interior inspirations taken from the region’s local landmarks. Intrepid chefs re-invent local classics, super foods and farm fresh ingredients and serve it in a contemporary fashion keeping the gourmands and comfort food seekers equally happy. The restaurant takes its name from the eponymous term that refers to the glacial dust responsible for the jade-green colour of the Ganges flowing below.
