Standards Not Like A 5 Star Hotel As It Is Rated.
Experience Overall Was Great, lounge, bfast, ambience etc. The rooms are so disappointing, the bathroom are so old, the tiling is sub-standards, no proper shower, ceiling so low my husband couldn't get in. Plesse improve the rooms to meet then 5 Star hotel standard.

MY STAY WAS AMAZING
My experience at Taj hotel was so amazing. The people are so friendly. It was my first in Zambia and the people at Taj Hotel made me feel so welcomed and that made me comfortable. My first meal I was served by Moses who was so kind that we had a little chat. I really had a wonderful experience and I wouldn't trade it for anything. The only suggestion I'd make is that, in addition to having powdered milk, perhaps also have fresh milk as well. Thank you so much for the experience.

Amazing!
My stay at the hotel was characterised by excellent Customer service. From our arrival, to the actual room and finally the restaurant, we were pampered at each place. The food wasn't as great though, I would personally recommend a review of your steaks and poultry options. I came back to dine at your restaurant on the 8th and your buffet was not only thin, but the pasta had started turning. The sweets on the other hand were lively and varied. You have a gem in a staffer named Chongani!!! Can't wait for my next visit!
