As India's first all-day dining, Shamiana gained an immediate and lifelong fan following of globe-trotting guests when it opened its doors in 1973. Today, the renovated restaurant in Mumbai is a vision in white with colonial-era fabric fans in a tent-like canopy, a pastel mosaic carpet and mirrored ceiling. Enjoy a superb breakfast buffet in Colaba with friends, surrounded by the open kitchen, a live dessert station and black and white photographs of high profile guests including Cindy Crawford and Louis Armstrong on the walls. For lunch and dinner, the Taj Autograph menu offers iconic dishes from our hotels around the world.
