Just an amazing experience.
We had an amazing experience from the moment we were picked up from the airport. Check in was smooth and told us everything we needed. The suite was perfect. All Taj team members were polite, friendly and happy to help however they could.
The staff in the Palace Lounge deserve a particular mention - such a super friendly and helpful team who made us feel so welcome - thanks so much. The canapés were delightful in the Palace Lounge as well.
Our visits to Souk and Masala Kraft were very good, but the food did not have the "wow" level I was expecting - it was very good, but certainly not as amazing as I would expect given the reputation (eg. Lamb and Bean Stew in Souk was quite bland and monotonous in flavour).

Best hotel we have been to in the world so far
What you'll can look at is trying to accommodate guests when they have to check out early. Example we checked into the hotel on the 21st of September 2019 at 02:00am due to flight times. we missed out on 12 hours which we booked for from the 20th of September. we then checked out of the hotel on the 23th of September at 11:45pm due to an early international flight. we then missed another 12hours. so in total we missed 24hours of our stay which we paid for. you'll should somehow look at a way to compensate guests who are unable to meet with the correct check in and check out times due to international flights.
