A heaven for fitness enthusiasts, the Fitness Centre at the Taj Mahal, New Delhi features state-of-the-art training and workout equipment including functional training machines, individual strength workout stations, cross trainers and a free weights section. Equipped with exercise balls, Swiss balls, medicine balls, and exercise mats, the studio section is ideal for generalised exercise sessions such as aerobics, pilates and stretching. The Fitness Centre also features a dedicated Yoga Studio for meditation and tranquility.
