1. I have been staying so frequently that my feedback is bound to be repetitive. But I must begin by complementing the hotel for the renovated Club Lounge. It is amazing, awesome. The view, the furniture, the decor and the view of the sea it offers. It takes you to another world. Those who serve there like Bharat and his colleague whom I met after at least an year have not lost their finesse. He showed me the new menu where I happily noted the new additions. 2. The other reason for the repetitiveness of the feedback is that the hotel has been able to maintain its high standards consistently, which is not a mean achievement by any standard. 3. Swati has always been striving for excellence in all she does professionally even in her current expanded job profile. I have not seen her getting flustered even when she is dealing with a finicky and difficult guest. She is displaying enhanced maturity and leadership. 4. Reetika her colleague - elegant, professional and graceful. I have seen her going to different floors especially the newly renovated Club and looking at things meticulously. 5. A hotel is a team work so the credit of charm and perfection in floor management goes to Swati’s team and those who work with her. 5. On the floor of course I must mention Dipto and his team - they are so prompt and meticulous. I had personal experience one more time in this visit. 6. I do not know if people notice those who welcome the guests as soon as they get down from their cars. Their smile is so genuine and warm. A word must also be said about the graceful ladies who welcome the guests with a tika and tulsi beads. This small gesture makes you feel that you have come home. 7. Sameer as always have been so so helpful making sure that I am properly served whether at Masala Bay or Club Lounge. 8. So is Naresh at the Atrium - so prompt and perfect in helping me to select the right drink or cocktail. 9. Rupali and Mohite as usual have been ever so prompt in attending to my odd requests even at odd hours. They never say no. 11. At the cashier I was so happy to see Rochelle. She seems to be too good in all departments - front office where I usually see her and even in Cashier’s. 10. There seem to be a number of new entrants. They are young, enthusiastic and have lot of energy. The hotel should - and I am sure it does - spend considerable time in their continuous training. Keep up the good work and strive for excellence.

Amazing and Warm stay. Thank you Taj.
It was always a dream to stay at the TAJ Hotel, and hence after 2 years of covid, thought of gifting my wife an amazing lifetime experience. It was truly a heart warming and unforgetful experience. Thank you so much Taj. Hope to stay with you more often in future.
