Includes consultation with our Vaidya on arrival and progress check during the retreat. Daily Ayurveda therapy of 90 minutes and specially prescribed ayurvedic dietary meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Morning wake-up detox drink and fruit bowl served in the room, detox herbal infusion drink replenished daily in the room. Personalized meditation session of 30 minutes each twice during the stay. Participation in Yoga session and other wellness activities at the resort. Final consultation and follow up debriefing with the Vaidya. Shuttle service to Mall of the Emirates at fixed intervals. Applicable taxes and fees extra. Note - The details of the special curated itinerary will be provided upon check in. Our Ayurveda Retreat programs are based on non-Panchakarma protocol and does not include administration of any kind of internal medications and cleansing procedures. Spa treatment can be availed only for age 16 years and above. Prior appointment is required for J Wellness Circle services. Children below 12 years with meal inclusions are only entitled to the kid’s menu.
