Great week spent at Taj St James Hotel London
Warm welcome by personal mindful of service quality at the Front Desk. They demonstrated high level of professionalism listening to my needs/ concerns and finding cost effective and efficient solutions to address them in timely manner. I wasn't happy with the initial room I got and it was immediately changed to provide me with one very similar to the room I got during my last stay and which I liked very much. I also asked for an espresso machine as I had it last time in similar room category and as I had to work very late every night for my meetings. The Front desk was kindly responsive and positively answered my request and I had one espresso machine in my room, which truly helped me going through the long working nights I had during my stay. Breakfast is good with a nice variety of suggestions and foods to accommodate any one taste and the good news is that the breakfast has been moved to a much pleasant place (more spacious with more tables and seats over looking the inside garden). The only negative aspect about the breakfast is that the personnel can be overwhelmed at busy time: I had to ask and remind them several times before I could eventually get my coffee delivered. The Happy hours with live music is appreciable after an intensive work day. Even more importantly for me, the bedding is of high quality.

Luxury stay, will recommend.
The hotel is in a nice area, the location is ideal for everything, you are very close to the Victoria Station. The breakfast is a high-end for the stars of this hotel. The room itself is big for what London offers, and the price was totally worth it.
