We enjoyed our stay but things could be improved
The hotel is in a great location and the booking in was quick and efficient. Our cases were not in our room when we came back late afternoon and when they did arrive they were the wrong ones but we did get them eventually. The rooms are large, quiet and well equipped with a nice size bathroom, the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good but this is the first time ever I have had to stand in a queue for a table to become free. We went down for breakfast at 9 o'clock and when we left at 10ish the queue was really big and the corridor from the dining room very narrow when there is a queue one side and you need to walk by the other side. One last thing, we needed to use the stairs on a number of occasions and locating these was a nightmare, we asked a number of staff and they didn't know either ! Surely this is a great fire risk. Having said all this we would return to this hotel and hope you don't mind us giving some honest feedback.

Everything was good .except the room service supervisor
Everything went good .we were there for four nights .we enjoyed a lot n our parents liked it n enjoyed a lot n I would say they were then happy in the hotel .then on the last day the supervisor of room service was misbehaving.evry staff member was professional n polite n helping .very good staff except the supervisor .thanku had a great time ..

High quality services and very courteous approach
Besides the great location (very convenient, especially during short term stays as it saves lots of time to be able to shorten travelling times to sightseeing places) we appreciated the very warm welcome, professional and courteous approach of reception (a very special thanks to Ioana! for her impeccable customer care) and also concierge/restaurant staff. The only minor downside seem to be the older elevators that break quite often - so you either have to take stairs or walk to the renovated part of building and take the "newer" lifts. Overall a more than pleasant stay.
