TERMS & CONDITIONS
- KrisFlyer members can earn 2 KrisFlyer miles per 1 USD on eligible spends at Taj, Claridges Collection, SeleQtions, Gateway, Vivanta, Ginger Hotels, and amã Stays & Trails. This offer is valid till 30 June 2027.
- KrisFlyer miles can only be earned on bookings made online via www.tajhotels.com, or via Reservations (24x7) at 1800 111 825 or directly at the hotels.
- Only a KrisFlyer member with a valid KrisFlyer membership is eligible for earning KrisFlyer miles.
- KrisFlyer member must quote their KrisFlyer membership during check-in at the hotel and ask for it to be applied to the booking for earning of KrisFlyer miles.
- This partnership offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer(s).
- KrisFlyer members who are also Taj InnerCircle members can choose to earn either Tata NeuCoins or KrisFlyer miles, but not both. Unless specified, Tata NeuCoins will be the default point earning option.
- KrisFlyer miles can be earned only on eligible spends or charges. Eligible spends or eligible charges are charges incurred on eligible room rates. These do not include charges on:
- Room rates for group bookings, conferences, weddings, and events
- Room rates for airline staff and crew
- Friends & Family rate or Employee rates
- Room rates for rooms booked as office space
- Complimentary rooms
- Charges which are settled using Taj Experiences Gift Cards or NeuCoins
- KrisFlyer miles cannot be earned on bookings made via Online Travel Agents, third-party travel websites, and bookings made via tour operators and travel agents on their contracted rates.
- KrisFlyer miles can only be earned at participating hotels. The following hotel(s) are not part of the list of participating hotel(s):
- Taj Wellington Mews, Mumbai
- KrisFlyer miles will be posted to the KrisFlyer membership (provided at the time of check-in) within 30 days after completion of the hotel stay. In the event a booking is cancelled, KrisFlyer miles will not be awarded.
- If the KrisFlyer membership is not mentioned or an invalid membership is entered at the time of booking, the member cannot claim KrisFlyer miles for her/his stay.
- Offer is subject to change without notice. In case of any dispute, The Indian Hotels Company Ltd. and Singapore Airlines reserve the right of final decision.
