Pandav Caves
The Pandav Caves, located on a hillside close to the city, is a group of twenty four holy Buddhist caves popularly known as Pandu-lena. The intricately-carved viharas – where the monks resided, and chaityas – prayer halls, are home to exquisite Buddha and Bodhisattva idols and ancient inscriptions.

Kala Rama Temple
Located in the Panchvati area of Nashik, the Kala Ram Temple is widely considered to be one of the city’s holiest shrines. Dating to 1794, it houses black stone idols of Lord Rama, Sita and Lakshman.
Trimbakeshwar Temple
Dedicated to Lord Shiva, the Trimbakeshwar Temple contains one of the twelve sacred jyotirlingas, and is one of the holiest temples in India. Located at Trimbak, west of Nashik, pay your respects at this ancient temple and admire the lovely Godavari Kund.
