TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Summer Special Offer is valid for bookings made between 1st May 2025 till 31st May 2025 for stays been 1st May 2026 and 31st March 2026.
The Summer Special Offer rate can only be availed by currently serving Tata employees for their personal stay only. This offer cannot be used for business travel.
The Tata employee must stay at the hotel with friends and family to avail of this rate
The original Tata company employee ID must be presented at check-in. The hotel team will retain a copy for records.
In the absence of a valid company ID, the special rate will not be applicable, and the hotel will charge the regular applicable best available rate, with no discounts or inclusions.
The offer is available at participating hotels only. The rate is subject to availability at the time of booking. Limited rooms are available on the offer. Blackout dates will apply.
The discounted offer is calculated at the best available rate and cannot be used with any other promotional offer, package, or negotiated rate.
Employees can avail themselves of a 25 percent discount on food, beverages (including alcoholic beverages), Laundry and spa services during their stay.
Maximum occupancy per room is defined as per the hotel’s policy. Additional Charges will be applicable for Children or Extra Adults in the room based on the hotel’s policy.
Credit Card Guarantee Required at the time of reservation via Tokenisation.
Cancellation is allowed 7 days before the Check-In date or as defined by the hotel at the time of the reservation. If cancelled within the cancelation period, the hotel will charge a penalty for the duration of the stay on the credit card provided at the time of the booking. In case of any modification of booking including stay dates, the booking will be considered as a fresh query and the offers valid at the time of amendment will be applied.
In case of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the room rate and taxes applicable for the duration of the stay to the credit card provided at the time of the booking.
All bills must be settled by the traveler at the time of check-out. No credit / Bill to the Company or charge to the Company employee’s ID will be provided.
Travel agents cannot book the Friends and Family Rate for Tata Associate and are net-not commissionable.
In case of modification, the rates are subject to change, and rooms are based on availability.
The Tata Employees Rate can be utilized for a maximum of 3 rooms with no more than 9 guests at a given time. It is not valid on group bookings (above 3 rooms or 9 guests). Reservations exceeding 3 rooms on overlapping dates will be considered group bookings; each hotel reserves the right to refuse such bookings based on availability and will apply differential rates.
Maximum Length of stay at a hotel is 7 nights. Approval from the hotel is required for a stay of more than 7 nights. Each hotel reserves the right to refuse such bookings and will apply special rates.
Taj Experiences Gift Cards cannot be used for settling the bills for stays on the Friends and Family
Any misuse of the rate, as deemed by IHCL management, will be considered a breach of policy and will be subject to disciplinary action.
The Tata Employees Rate Policy may be terminated or changed without prior notice.

Stays under Summer Special Offer are not eligible to earn any points under loyalty program. However, the employee may redeem their Neu Coins to settle their invoices.
The offer is available at participating Taj, SeleQtions, Gateway, Vivanta, ama Stays & Trails and Ginger Hotels only and is subject to room availability.
This offer is not applicable for Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels.
Booking made under this offer are not eligible to Earn/Redeem NeuCoins under NeuPass loyalty membership program.
