The special rate can be availed by currently-in-service Armed Forces personnel.
Valid and original Armed Forces Photo ID with a mandatory Government photo ID is required at the time of check-in. In the absence of a valid defence ID, the special rate shall not apply, and the hotel will charge the regular, best available rate with no discounts or inclusions.
The booking can be for official use. The concerned Indian Armed Forces personnel is required to stay as a part of the booking.
These rates are only for the stay of the offer and cannot be gifted by him/her to anyone else.
Rates are valid for Indian Nationals only.
Credit Card guarantee required at the time of booking the reservation.
The offer is available at participating hotels only. Rate subject to availability at time of booking. Blackout dates will apply.
Maximum occupancy per room is defined per hotel policy. Additional charges apply for children or extra adult(s) in the room as per hotel policy.
This Rate for Armed Forces cannot be booked by travel agents and are net-not commissionable.
The Armed Forces Rate can be utilized for a maximum of 4 rooms at a given time. Not valid on group bookings. Reservations exceeding 4 rooms on overlapping dates will be considered as a group booking.

The hotel check-in time is 2:00 pm hours and check-out time is noon hours. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability. An additional charge of 50% of the room rate paid will be applicable for late check-outs post 4:00 pm hours and 100% charge will be applicable post 6:00 pm hours. All guaranteed early check-ins will require the room to be reserved from the previous night.
Packages offered across various Taj Hotels will differ based on location and local competitive practices.
Supplemental charges will be applicable for spouse and children staying in the same room as the officer.
