- This offer entitles our Members to a 30% one-time usable discount on breakfast inclusive stays at participating brands across Taj, SeleQtions, Gateway & Vivanta hotels.
- This offer booking and stay period is valid for six (06) months starting from the voucher issuance date.
- The offer is not valid at any Ginger & ama stays & trails hotels within India or across the globe.
- The offer is applicable across participating hotels within India / globally and is subject to availability. Limited rooms available on the offer.
- Reservations must be booked on the NeuPass Cherishing Togetherness offer- Breakfast Inclusive to avail the benefits or else will not qualify for Stay Offer and will be processed on Best Available rate/standard rate at the time of check-in.
- Member will have to enter/submit their one-time usable e-voucher & pin while making a reservation, to avail Stay offer benefit.
- The offer will not be applicable on blackout dates, as defined by every participating hotel.
- Reservations must be booked via the email link only.
- This promotional rate cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or negotiated rate.
- Extra adults and children will be charged as per the hotel’s standard policy and applicable rates and taxes.
- Confirmation of rooms is subject to availability. The offer is inclusive of accommodation and buffet breakfast.
- This is one-time bookable offer only. This offer is a non-refundable offer.
- The special offer can be utilized for 01 room with not more than 02 guests at a given time.
- This special offer can be utilized for a maximum of 1 room with not more than 3 nights.
- Late Check-out is only subject to availability at any of the participating Hotels.
- This promotional rate cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, member rates or negotiated rates including third-party / AMEX vouchers.
- Each hotel reserves the right to refuse bookings that are not as per Terms and Conditions.

- NeuPass Members are eligible to earn NeuCoins/points only on bookings made via TataNeu app or login as NeuPass Member on Taj Hotels website. Any bookings made on third party sites will not be eligible for NeuCoins/points.
- Taxes, applicable as per local regulations and government mandates, are extra and payable.
- Reservation may be modified online only as per the predefined policy. In case of modification the rates are subject to change and rooms are based on availability.
- Any dispute pertaining to the use of this benefit shall be governed by the laws of India and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
- This offer entitles our Members to a 30% one-time usable discount on food and beverages (All Beverages) at participating restaurants across Taj, SeleQtions, Gateway & Vivanta hotels up-to a maximum of 10 persons at a time, for Lunch & Dinner across India only.
- The offer is not valid at any Ginger & ama stays & trails hotels within India or across the globe.
- A member needs to quote their valid 10-digit mobile number registered with the NeuPass Loyalty Program during billing at the hotel to avail this Food & Beverages discount offer. This discount can be used only once.
- Discount is applicable on all food & beverage outlets only. Not applicable at In Room Dining and Takeaways.
- This offer is not applicable in the following outlets: (i) Wasabi by Morimoto & (ii) Orient Express.
- Valid Tata NeuPass Membership number /Mobile number to be provided at the time of availing offer benefits and the discount will be automatically applied.

- This discount offer is applicable on all days of the week.
- Any dispute pertaining to the use of this benefit shall be governed by the laws of India and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
- This offer entitles our members to a 30% one-time usable discount at Spas across Taj, SeleQtions, Gateway & Vivanta hotels across India only.
- The offer is not valid at any Ginger & ama stays & trails hotels within India or across the globe.
- This offer is not applicable on purchase of retail products.
- This offer is subject to availability of the appointment at the participating spas.
- Valid Tata NeuPass Membership number/Mobile number to be provided at the time of availing offer benefits.
- A member needs to quote their valid 10-digit mobile number registered with the NeuPass Loyalty Program during billing at the hotel to avail this Spa Therapy discount offer. This discount can be used only once.
- Taxes are to be paid as applicable on the bill value.
- Member has to be present to avail discount.
- This discount offer cannot be used for multiple transactions.
- Expiry validity for Spa Therapy discount offer will be the same as Stay voucher expiry date.
- This benefit is not applicable on discounted or package rates offered or any other membership discounts and applicable only on spa services.
- The discount shall not be valid for use at any other service establishment nor redeemable for cash.
- This discount can only be availed on weekdays i.e. Monday to Friday and cannot be availed on Saturday or Sunday.
- Booking to be done in advance to avail the offer.
- No two or more discounts can be clubbed to avail this offer.
- NeuCoins earning will be calculated on the net bill amount post applying the 30% Spa discount.
- Any dispute pertaining to the use of this benefit shall be governed by the laws of India and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
