           Guidelines :
  • The Friends and Family (FNF) rate will be based on the Best Available Room rate and will be published by respective hotels.  
  • Individual hotels may choose to have the rate applicable on only certain room types.
  • All room reservations are subject to the specific hotels reservation and cancellation policies and procedures.
  • The Friends & Family Rate is available for room bookings only and not for packages or other components.  
  • The Friends & Family Rate Policy may be terminated or changed at any time without prior notice.
  • The FNF rate will available based on the Best Available Room Only Rate. Hotels can increase this discount with an approval from the General Manager.
  • The Friends & Family Rate will vary with hotel locations/occupancy and blackout dates.
  • The FNF cannot be compared any negotiated rate for a company or agent.
  • All Friends & Family Rate bookings will be subject to applicable taxes, fees, and other standard service charges.
  • All room reservations are subject to each hotel's reservation and cancellation policies and procedures.
  • The Friends & Family Rate is available for room bookings only and not for packages or other components.
  • The Friends & Family Rate is subject to availability.
  • The Friends & Family Rate does not qualify to earn Inner Circle points or airlines miles.
  • The Friends & Family Rate cannot be booked by travel agents, and are not commissionable.
  • The Friends & Family Rate Policy may be terminated or changed at any time without prior notice.
            Booking Process :
  • Reservations for the Friends & Family Rate policy must be made through the dedicated link provided only. No other mode is applicable for control and tracking purposes.

  • The booking link will lead to the Reservations page on the website which needs to be completed for the booking to be confirmed. Once done the system will automatically send a confirmation to the email provided in the reservation.
  • Any modification or cancelation has to be done online only. No other mode is applicable for control and tracking purposes.
  • The family member / friend will need to submit the Authorization form along with the signed photocopy of the employee ID card at the time of Check in.

  • In case the Authorization form is not available, the hotel will not be able to apply the Friends and Family rate and the Best Available Rate applicable on the day will be charged
  • In case of multiple hotel booking, each hotel will need to be provided with a separate Authorisation Form and self-signed photocopy of the ID card..
            Billing / Payment Process
  • All bills will need to be settled at the time of Check-out by the traveler.
  • No credit / Bill to Company or charge to the employee ID will be provided.
  • Hotel to be responsible to ensure documentation, including the copy of the Authorization form, is attached with the bills for record purposes
