HOW CAN I AVAIL THIS SPECIAL OFFER?

You can make your bookings directly online to avail of the special offer on www.tajhotels.com/en-in/business-connect/. Alternatively, you can also write to us at businessconnect@ihcltata.com. Please include/mention your membership number to avail of this offer.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I AVAIL THIS SPECIAL OFFER?

There is no restriction on the number of times you make a booking. Book as many times as possible. However, rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking and there is limited inventory allocated under this offer at individual hotels.

HOW MANY ROOMS CAN I BOOK AT ONE TIME TO AVAIL THIS SPECIAL OFFER?

You can book up to 3 rooms. Kindly note that you need to be staying at the hotel for the special rates to be applicable.

CAN I BOOK THE ROOMS ON BEHALF OF MY FAMILY?

You can book a maximum of 3 rooms for yourself and your family per hotel. You are required to accompany your family as a part of this booking. Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.

CAN I BOOK IHCL HOTELS IN INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS TOO?

No, this offer is valid for Taj, SeleQtions, Gateway, Vivanta & Ginger hotels in India only.

IF I AM ALREADY A SILVER / GOLD / PLATINUM MEMBER OF TATA NEUPASS , WOULD MY MEMBERSHIP TIER CHANGE ?

You will retain your existing tier of Tata Neupass and receive the other benefits of the program as a member

I AM A NEUPASS MEMBER. CAN I EARN/REDEEM MY POINTS WHILE AVAILING OF THIS OFFER?

Yes, every booking made through this offer will help you earn/redeem points.

CAN WE USE AN AMEX VOUCHER OR A TAJ GIFT VOUCHER FOR PAYMENT?

No. Also this rate cannot be combined with any other offer.
