What are the blackout dates?

‘Blackout Dates’ refer to dates, including but not limited to select weekends, public holidays, festivals, and peak travel periods, where, availability of products and services at the participating hotels is limited. During such times, HSBC Taj Credit Card benefits and vouchers are not valid at any of the participating hotels. Please refer to each benefit and voucher’s terms & conditions for respective blackout dates.

Can I club the HSBC Taj Credit Card vouchers with any other voucher?

Vouchers cannot be combined. Each voucher must be used independently as per its terms & conditions. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of each voucher for more information.

I have lost my HSBC Taj credit card. How can I get it re-issued?

How do I avail the 25% discount on Qmin food deliveries?

Every HSBC Taj Credit Card holder can avail the 25% discount on Qmin food deliveries for orders placed via the Qmin mobile application only. This discount cannot be utilized on orders placed via call or other means. The voucher code must be applied only at the time of placing the order. This voucher code can be used multiple times and for multiple orders throughout its validity period. To redeem this voucher code, please download the Qmin Mobile Application from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

What are the inclusions in the set meal for two voucher?

The ‘Set Meal for Two’ voucher entitles the member to a one-time set meal for two, only at the participating All-Day Dining restaurants across hotels. It does not include any other offerings or services. The set meal will be from a selection of 3-course vegetarian / non-vegetarian menu options as curated by the respective restaurants. The choice of meats in the non-vegetarian menu will be Chicken / Mutton / Fish and will not include any other seafood or imported meats. This voucher is applicable at the designated Signature and All-Day Dining restaurant(s) only, and not at any other restaurant of the participating hotels. How to avail 25% discount on Food & Beverages or Spa services?

25% discount on Food & Beverages or Spa can be availed across participating hotels by visiting the respective hotel. Kindly note, prior reservation is mandatory for usage of this benefit. To avail this HSBC Taj Credit Card voucher, please validate at the time of redemption by quoting your HSBC Taj Credit Card registered mobile number. You will then receive an OTP which needs to be provided to complete the verification.

How many people can avail of the Food & Beverages discount?

The 25% Food & Beverage discount can be availed by a group of up to 10 people. This benefit can be used multiple times throughout the validity period of the voucher. It entitles the HSBC Taj Credit Card holder to avail Food and Beverage services (including alcohol), across participating hotels and does not include any other offerings or services. What are the inclusions in the complimentary Spa treatment?

The complimentary spa treatment voucher entitles the member to a one-time complimentary sixty-minute spa treatment and access to sauna and steam for one, at spas across participating hotels and does not include any other offerings or services.

How can I use my unlimited one-level room upgrade benefit?

Please mention your registered mobile number on Tata Neu at the front desk upon arrival to avail the unlimited one-level room upgrade benefit. Kindly note, the one-level room upgrade benefit is subject to availability at the time of check-in.

What charges do I need to pay to avail the one-night stay voucher?

The HSBC Taj Credit Card holder must pay all government taxes as applicable using the HSBC Taj Credit Card, which will be payable directly at the time of using this voucher.

When will my HSBC Taj Credit Card Wallet will be activated?

Your HSBC Taj Credit Card Wallet will be activated within 48 hours after activating the HSBC Taj Credit card. A welcome email will be sent to your registered email ID on activation of your HSBC Taj Credit Card wallet.

What can the HSBC Taj Credit Card Wallet balance be used for?

The HSBC Taj Credit Card Wallet can be redeemed for spends towards rooms, food and beverages, spa and other services at Taj, SeleQtions, Gateway, Vivanta hotels, and Ama Trails & Stays in India. It cannot be used for retail spends at third-party outlets, business centre equipment hire, hired services from third-party sources, expenses on banquets, conferences, events, personal nature expenses, or membership programs.

Are there any hotels where the HSBC Taj Credit Card Wallet balance cannot be used?

The HSBC Taj Credit Card Wallet balance cannot be used at Tree of Life Resorts and Ginger Hotels.

Can I earn NeuCoins, TAP Points, or TAPPMe Points on charges paid with the HSBC Taj Credit Card Wallet balance?

No, you will not earn NeuCoins, TAP Points, or TAPPMe Points on charges paid using the HSBC Taj Credit Card Wallet balance.
