1. The members registered with the Company as on 23rd June 2026 are eligible to receive this Coupon and avail the offer.
2. The Coupon is valid for booking and stay dates till 30th June 2027, and IHCL will not be in a position to extend the validity of the Coupons thereafter.
3. The offer is available at select participating hotels and villas in India.
4. The special Shareholder stay coupon discount is not applicable for hotels outside India and Taj Wellington Mews Mumbai, and Atmantan.
5. A Coupon is valid for one-time use only, and the rate is subject to availability at the time of booking. Limited rooms are available at the offer.
6. This coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or negotiated rate, including third-party/AMEX vouchers.
7. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other discount offers & blackout dates apply. Travel agents cannot book this Rate and is non-commissionable.
8. Each Individual Coupon can be used for booking one room only and is not valid on group bookings. Booking is confirmed only upon validation of the Coupon entered at the time of booking.
9. Single-use Coupon code per room to be presented/updated while processing the reservation via a dedicated link or Reservations Worldwide – 1800 111 825 only.

10. This Coupon can only be availed on bookings made via the dedicated link or Reservations Worldwide – 1800 111 825 , alternately by writing to us at holiday.reservations@ihcltata.com only.

11. The maximum length of stay at a hotel is seven nights. For a stay of more than seven nights, approval is required from the hotel. Each hotel reserves the right to refuse such bookings and will apply special rates.
12. The Coupon code discount is only applicable on the Best Available Rate: Breakfast Inclusive offer for select hotels and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, packages, member rates, or negotiated rates.
13. All bookings must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. Bill to Company will not be entertained for settling the bills. All bills must be settled directly before check-out at the respective hotel.
14. For amã Stays & Trails, the Coupon code discount is applicable on the Dream Drive Discover Delight all Meals Inclusive Rate for the villas. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, packages, member rates, or negotiated rates.
15. Stay Coupon (hard/soft copy) must be presented at check-in. The original Stay Coupon will be retained by the hotel upon arrival.
16. In case of an invalid Coupon code number or if a Coupon code number is not provided before check-in, the reservation will be modified and charged at the Best Available Rate for the day.
17. A 25% discount on Salon and Spa services can be availed during the stay at the participating hotels. This is not extended to Amã Stays & Trails and Ginger.
18. Maximum occupancy per room is defined per hotel policy. Additional charges apply for children or extra adult(s) in the room as per hotel policy.
19. In case of no show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the room rate and taxes applicable for the duration of the stay on the credit card provided at the time of the booking.
20. Reservation can be modified as per the predefined policy. In case of modification, the rates are subject to change, and rooms are based on availability.
21. This is a single-use Coupon and cannot be encashed or replaced if misplaced.
22. The coupon discount policy may be terminated or changed at any time without prior notice.
23. The coupon cannot be transferred to another individual and the shareholder must stay at the hotel or villa to avail the coupon benefits.

25. A Coupon is valid for one-time use only. If you have cancelled your reservation or if the reservation did not go through, the coupon will be reinstated within 48 hours. For urgent assistance, please call our helpline at 1-800-111-825 .

Additional Terms and Conditions for Ginger Hotels: -

1. All bookings must be guaranteed with 100% advance; the payment link will be shared by Ginger Central Reservations. Bills for extras must be settled directly at checkout. Bill to Company will not be entertained.
2. The Food and Beverage, Spa, and Salon service discount vouchers are not valid at Ginger hotels.
