- Participating hotel brands - Taj, Claridges, SeleQtions, Gateway, Vivanta, Ginger Hotels, Tree of Life and amã Stays & Trails.
- Tree of Life Grand Oak Manor, Binsar; Tree of Life Lakeside Cottage, Srinagar; and Tree of Life Eila Art Hotel, Manali; are non-participating hotels. No savings, rewards, benefits, vouchers, earning & spending of NeuCoins is valid in these Tree of Life Hotels and Resorts.
- This offer is not valid at Taj Wellington Mews, Mumbai.
- The offer is inclusive of accommodation, daily breakfast (in-case for breakfast inclusive rates), 10% Savings on Food and beverages at restaurants and In-room-dining during the stay, and 10% savings on Spa therapies and Salon services during the stay, and standard wi-fi.
- Savings on Food & Beverage are applicable in select Ginger Hotels.
- F&B discount is not applicable at the following Ginger Hotels - Ginger Goa, Dona Paula; Ginger Ahmedabad Satellite; Ginger Ahmedabad (SG Road); Ginger Thane; Ginger Goa, Madgaon; Ginger Aurangabad; Ginger Guwahati; Ginger Katra; Ginger Tirupur; and Ginger Dwarka.
- Savings on Spa therapies and Salon services are not applicable for Ginger Hotels.
- This promotional rate cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or negotiated rate, including any third-party rate.
- Limited rooms are available on the offer. Blackout dates will apply.
- Extra adults and children will be charged as per the hotel’s standard policy, applicable rates, and taxes.
- Taxes, applicable as per local regulations and government mandates, are extra and payable.
- Reservations exceeding 5 rooms on overlapping dates will be considered group bookings; the hotels reserve the right to refuse such bookings or apply special rates. In such a case, the group stay terms and conditions per hotel policy shall be applicable.
- NeuPass Loyalty Program members can earn NeuCoins on their eligible spends only on bookings made via the brand website, Tata Neu app, IHCL central reservation office or hotel reservation office. Bookings made via any other mediums will not be eligible to earn NeuCoins.
- Each hotel reserves the right to refuse bookings that are not as per the Terms and Conditions.
- All the Terms and Conditions of the NeuPass Loyalty program, as available on https://www.tajhotels.com/en-in/neupass will apply.
- In case of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the room rate and taxes applicable for the duration of the stay on the credit card provided at the time of the booking.
- The reservation may be modified as per the predefined policy only. In case of modification, rooms and rates are subject to change based on availability.
- The offer will not be applicable on blackout dates, as defined by every participating hotel.
- Confirmation of rooms is subject to availability.
- Early Check-in or Late Check-out is only subject to availability at any of the participating Hotels.
- Any dispute pertaining to the use of this benefit shall be governed by the laws of India and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
