TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Transportations Costs:
- -INR 40,000 plus 18% tax for a private jeep seating up to 6 guests
- - INR 55,000 plus 18% tax -for a Tatkal private jeep seating up to 6 guests
- - INR 3000 plus 18% tax, per person for a shared canter safari (each canter seats a maximum of 20 people)
- This itinerary can accommodate 6 guests in a jeep and 20 guests in a canter (large open-air vehicle)
- A 100% full advance payment is required to book this itinerary. Once the safari is booked & confirmed, all charges will be non- refundable, non- amendable and non- transferable as dictated by the Department of Forests, Government of Rajasthan.
- Seasonal safari timings:
- 1st October to 31st October - 6:30 am to 10:00 amd and 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm
- 1st November to 31st January - 7:00 am to 10:30 amd and 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm
- 1st February to 31st March 6:30 am to 10:00 am and 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm
- 1st April to 16th May - 6:00 am to 9:30 am and 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm
- 17th May to 30th June - 6:00 am to 9:30 am and 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm
- The visitor or his/her representative must reach the forest permit booking counter to collect the boarding pass, at least 45 minutes prior to the entry time.
- Allotment of Vehicle for safari will be done at least one and half hour prior to the entry time of visitors in the park for safari
- In case of group booking, park authorities will try to adjust the group together in vehicles subject to space availability at the time of entry
- Boarding Pass will be issued at: Forest permit Booking Office, Shilpgram, Village Ramsinghpura, Ranthambhore Road, Sawai Madhopur
- The Protected Area / Forest area Management reserves the right to change the zone booked online at any time or close any zone in the interest of wildlife.
- Choice of Guide is available on additional charges for exclusive vehicle per guide per safari at some places
- In case of any changes in applicable Fees & Tax Rates, the difference amount shall be collected at the time of Boarding/ entry of the park 13. We will require 100% full advance payment in order to book you a game drive
- The following conditions of the indemnity bond has to be agreed by the visitors at the time of booking of the permit:
- The visitors hereby stated that he/she/they is/are aware of the risks involved in visiting the Ranthambhore / Sariska Tiger Reserve/ Other protected area/ Forest area. He/she/they further stated that he/she/they is/ are entering the area at his/her / their own risk and he/she/they shall be fully liable if any accident occurs. He/she/they is /are fully satisfied with the security arrangement made by the protected area/ forest area management and he/she/they is/ are also responsible for damage to his/her/their belongings (Life, Camera, binocular, video camera etc,) he/she/they is/are informed that in case of any unforeseen accident the protected area/ forest area management shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever. He/she/they, also agreed that should thereby need any litigation the same would be enabled only in a court of law in the state of Rajasthan. He/she/they submitted the indemnity bond with full consciousness. 16. The visitors should produce all documents required as per COVID19 guidelines issued from time to time like valid RTPCR Test report, proof of 2 doses of vaccination, etc.
- What to bring along:
- Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat to protect against the sun
- A valid photo ID or passport for verification at certain stops
- A reusable water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the tour
- A small backpack for carrying personal belongings conveniently
