- The offer is valid across IHCL hotels in India and internationally under the following brands - Taj, SeleQtions, Vivanta.
- Valid on Book A Stay dates as specified.
- The offer is applicable to participating hotels and is subject to rate availability.
- Reservations must be booked on the Celebrate with Us offer rate. This promotion rate cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or negotiated rate.
- Extra adults and children will be charged as per the hotel’s standard policy and applicable rates and taxes.
- The guest must book his/her stay within his/her birthday/anniversary month.
- Additional GST applicable on all hotel bookings in India.
- Local taxes, as and where applicable on all international hotel bookings.
- Reservations exceeding 5 rooms on overlapping dates will be considered a group booking; the hotels reserve the right to refuse such bookings or to apply special rates. In such a case, group terms and conditions as per hotel policy shall be applicable.

- The 25% savings offer on Qmin is valid only for non-residential guests. Guests staying with us can avail 20% savings on food & beverage as per stay offer inclusion.
- Celebratory Beverage for Two shall be non-alcoholic.
