- Festivals of India – Members – Only Festive Stays offer is valid for Bookings from 26th September 2025 to 28th October 2025 for stays till 31st March 2026.
- This Offer is not valid at select International hotels & Taj Safari properties.
- The offer is inclusive of accommodation, daily breakfast & One Major Meal, 15% Savings on Food and beverages at restaurants during the stay, and 15% savings on Spa therapies and Salon services during the stay, Inclusive of standard wi-fi and applicable taxes extra.
- 15% Savings on Food & Beverage does not apply to In-room Dining orders.
- Celebratory Turndown Amenity will be offered once during the stay.

- Reservations exceeding 5 rooms on overlapping dates will be considered group bookings; the hotels reserve the right to refuse such bookings or apply special rates. In such a case, the group stay terms and conditions per hotel policy shall be applicable.
- Neupass Loyalty Program members can earn NeuCoins only on their eligible spends on bookings made via the brand website, Tata Neu app, IHCL central reservation office or hotel reservation office. Bookings made via any other mediums will not be eligible to earn NeuCoins.
- Each hotel reserves the right to refuse bookings that are not as per the Terms and Conditions.
