- This offer is valid only at participating Hotels within India / globally.
- Package inclusions may differ as specified by individual hotels.
- Some hotels may apply additional supplemental charges during Christmas Eve (24th December), Christmas Day Lunch (25th December), New Year’s Eve (31st December), New Year’s Day Lunch (01 January), Easter Brunch and for some festive dates
- The offer may have minimum stay restrictions. Hence, it may not be applicable for one-night stays.
- This offer is valid subject to room and rate availability at the participating property.
- The offer will not be applicable on blackout dates, as defined by every participating hotel.
- Extra adults and children will be charged per the hotel’s standard policy, applicable rates, and taxes.
- Taxes, applicable as per local regulations and government mandates, are extra and payable.
- Reservations exceeding 5 rooms on overlapping dates will be considered group booking; the hotels reserve the right to refuse such bookings or apply special rates. In such a case, group stay terms and conditions per hotel policy shall be applicable.
- Neupass Loyalty Program members can earn NeuCoins only their eligible spends only on bookings made via brand website, Tata Neu app, IHCL central reservation office or hotel reservation office. Bookings made via any other mediums will not be eligible to earn NeuCoins.
- All the Terms and Conditions of the NeuPass Loyalty program, as available on https://www.tajhotels.com/en-in/neupass/ will apply.
- In case of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the room rate and taxes applicable for the duration of the stay on the credit card provided at the time of the booking.
- Reservation may be modified as per the predefined policy only. In case of modification, rooms and rates are subject to change based on availability.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, promotional rate, or negotiated rate.
