TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Taj Holidays – North East Calling offer is valid for bookings from 3 March 2026 to 4 April 2026 for stays till 30 September 2026.
- The offer is applicable across participating hotels in North East India and is subject to availability.
- The offer is inclusive of accommodation, daily breakfast and either lunch or dinner at a designated dining venue, 20% savings on Taj Holidays Early Bird Offer rates, 20% savings on spa therapies during the stay, premium Wi-Fi, and the opportunity to earn up to 8% NeuCoins on bookings and eligible spends. Applicable taxes are extra.
- Hotels with a mandatory Gala Dinner / Brunch during Christmas and New Year will incur an additional charge.
- This promotional rate cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or negotiated rate, including third-party rates.
- Reservations must be booked under the Taj Holidays – North East Calling offer to avail the benefits.
- Limited rooms are available under this offer and blackout dates may apply.
- Extra adults and children will be charged as per the hotel’s standard policy, applicable rates and taxes.
- Taxes will be applicable as per local regulations and government mandates and are payable extra.
- Reservations exceeding 5 rooms on overlapping dates will be considered group bookings. Hotels reserve the right to refuse such bookings or apply special group rates. In such cases, group stay terms and conditions as per hotel policy will apply.
- NeuPass Loyalty Program members can earn NeuCoins only on eligible spends on bookings made via the brand website, Tata Neu app, IHCL Central Reservation Office or hotel reservation office. Bookings made via any other medium will not be eligible to earn NeuCoins.
- Each hotel reserves the right to refuse bookings that are not in line with these Terms and Conditions.
- All Terms and Conditions of the NeuPass Loyalty Program, available at
https://www.tajhotels.com/en-in/neupass, will apply. - In case of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the room rate and applicable taxes for the duration of the stay on the credit card provided at the time of booking.
- Reservations may be modified only as per the predefined policy. In case of modification, rooms and rates are subject to change based on availability.
