Reservations exceeding 3 rooms by an individual guest on overlapping dates will be considered as a group booking; each hotel reserves the right to refuse such bookings based on availability and will apply differential rates.

Maximum length of stay at a hotel is 7 nights. For a stay of more than 7 nights, approval is required from the hotel.​ Each hotel reserves the right to refuse such bookings and will apply special rates.

The Coupon code discount is only applicable on the Breakfast Inclusive Rate for select hotels and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, packages, member rates, or negotiated rates.

All bookings must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. Bill to Company will not be entertained for settling the bills. All bills must be settled directly prior to check-out at the respective hotel.

For amã Stays & Trails, the Coupon code discount is applicable on the Meal Inclusive Rate for the villas and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, packages, member rates, or negotiated rates.

Coupon (hard/soft copy) must be presented at check-in and the original Coupon will be retained by hotels on arrival.

In case of an invalid Coupon code number or if a Coupon code number is not provided prior to check-in, the reservation will be modified and charged at the Best Available Rate for the day.

A 25% discount on Salon and Spa services can be availed during the stay at the participating hotels. This is not extended at amã Stays & Trails and Ginger.

Maximum occupancy per room is defined per hotel policy. Additional charges apply for children or extra adult(s) in the room as per hotel policy.

In case of no show the hotel reserves the right to charge the room rate and taxes applicable for the duration of the stay on the credit card provided at the time of the booking.

Reservation can be modified as per the predefined policy. In case of modification, the rates are subject to change and rooms are based on availability.

This is a single-use Coupon and cannot be encashed or replaced if misplaced.

The Coupon discount policy may be terminated or changed at any time without prior notice.

The coupon cannot be transferred to another individual and the shareholder must stay at the hotel or villa to avail the coupon benefits.

All bookings must be guaranteed with 100% advance, the payment link will be shared by Ginger Central Reservations. Bills for extras must be settled directly at check out. Bill to Company will not be entertained.

The Food and Beverage, Spa, and Salon service discount vouchers are not valid at Ginger hotels.

Terms and Conditions: Dining

The members registered with the Company as on 7th June 2024, are eligible to receive this Voucher and avail the offer.

The discount Voucher will entitle you to avail a discount of 25% on a bill value of up to of INR 2,500/- (in full or in part).

The Voucher is of 16-digit with PIN and has 01 coupon which can be used 10 times during a year. (Each coupon has a symbolic value of ₹1 for validation and entitled for 25% discount up to an invoice amount of Up to INR 2500/-).

The discount will be applicable on the prices displayed at the Food and Beverage outlets of the participating hotels.

This voucher can be used multiple times simultaneously (Maximum 10 times) up to a total bill value which cannot exceed INR 25,000/-

For example; if the amount is more than INR 2500/- but less than INR 5000/- then two coupons will be used.

The F&B discount vouchers cannot be clubbed with any other discount or promotion schemes.

The company will not make cash refunds against any Voucher or part used thereof.

The Vouchers are valid till 30th June 2025 and the company will not be able to extend the validity of the Vouchers.

The company is not liable to replace lost or defaced Vouchers.

The Vouchers are not valid for consumption of beer, liquor, cigars and/or cigarettes.

These vouchers are not valid for banquet bookings.
