TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Valid for bookings from 3 April 2026 to 31 March 2027, for stays up to 31 March 2027; Etihad Guest miles earning valid from 3 April 2026 to 31 March 2027.
  • Applicable at participating hotels across Taj, Claridges Collection, SeleQtions, Gateway, Vivanta, Ginger, Tree of Life and amã Stays & Trails, excluding Tree of Life Grand Oak Manor (Binsar), Tree of Life Lakeside Cottage (Srinagar), Tree of Life Eila Art Hotel (Manali) and Taj Wellington Mews, Mumbai.
  • Offer includes accommodation, daily breakfast (if applicable), standard Wi-Fi, 10% savings on food & beverages (including in-room dining) and 10% savings on spa and salon services during the stay.
  • F&B discounts are available only at select Ginger Hotels and are not applicable at Ginger Goa (Dona Paula), Ginger Ahmedabad Satellite, Ginger Ahmedabad (SG Road), Ginger Thane, Ginger Goa (Madgaon), Ginger Aurangabad, Ginger Guwahati, Ginger Katra, Ginger Tirupur and Ginger Dwarka; spa and salon benefits are not applicable at Ginger Hotels.
  • Etihad Guest miles can only be earned on bookings made online via a dedicated website, or via Reservations (24x7) at 1 800 111 825 or directly at the hotels.
  • Only an Etihad Guest member with a valid Etihad Guest membership is eligible for earning Etihad Guest miles. Etihad Guests Members will earn 500 Etihad Guest Miles per eligible stay.
  • Tata NeuCoins will be the default earning option unless the member specifies Etihad Guest Miles. If specified before check-in at the Front desk, Etihad Guest Miles will be awarded instead of NeuCoins.
  • NeuCoins can be earned only on eligible spends for bookings made via brand website, Tata Neu app, IHCL Central Reservations or hotel reservation offices; bookings via third-party channels are not eligible. Guest can earn either Etihad Guest Miles or NeuCoins for eligible stays. The same needs to be stated to the Front office representative prior to check-in.
  • Etihad Guest miles cannot be earned on bookings made via Online Travel Agents, third party travel websites, and bookings made via tour operators and travel agents on their contracted rates.
  • Etihad Guest Miles are applicable only on eligible stays (one stay per member irrespective of number of nights) and require a valid membership number to be provided at booking or check-in; miles are not applicable on group bookings, multiple rooms, airline crew rates, employee or friends & family rates, complimentary stays, office-use rooms, or stays paid using gift cards or NeuCoins; consecutive bookings will be treated as a single stay.
  • Etihad Guest miles will be credited within 30 days post stay and will not be awarded for cancelled bookings.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, negotiated rate or third-party rate.
  • Limited inventory available; blackout dates apply and may vary by hotel.
  • Reservations exceeding 5 rooms on overlapping dates may be treated as group bookings and may be refused or offered at special rates as per hotel policy.
  • Etihad Guest miles will be posted to the Etihad Guest membership (provided at the time of check-in) within 30 days after completion of the hotel stay. In the event a booking is cancelled, Etihad Guest miles will not be awarded.
  • Extra adults and children will be charged as per individual hotel policy.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
  • Taxes are extra and applicable as per local laws and regulations.
  • In case of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full stay amount including applicable taxes.
  • Booking modifications are allowed only as per the applicable rate policy and are subject to availability and rate changes.
  • All bookings are subject to availability and each hotel reserves the right to refuse bookings not in line with these terms.
  • All applicable Taj InnerCircle and NeuPass program terms & conditions will apply.
  • Offer is subject to change without prior notice.
  • In case of any dispute, The Indian Hotels Company Ltd. and Etihad Guest LLC reserve the right of final decision.
  • Any disputes will be governed by the laws of India with exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
