- The offer is applicable across participating hotels within India and globally and is subject to availability. This offer is not valid for Taj Wellington Mews, Mumbai.
- The offer is inclusive of accommodation, daily breakfast (for breakfast inclusive rates), 10% Savings on Food and soft beverages at restaurants during the stay, and 10% savings on Spa therapies and Salon services during the stay, and standard wi-fi.
- F&B discount during stay will be applicable for food and soft beverages only. Any alcoholic beverage purchased will be billed on actual and no discount is applicable.
- Savings on Food & Soft Beverage are not applicable for Ginger Hotels.
- Savings on Spa therapies and Salon services are not applicable for Ginger Hotels.
- This promotional rate cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or negotiated rate, including third-party.
- Limited rooms are available on the offer. Blackout dates will apply.
- Extra adults and children will be charged as per the hotel’s standard policy, applicable rates, and taxes.
- Taxes, applicable as per local regulations and government mandates, are extra and payable.
- Reservations exceeding 5 rooms on overlapping dates will be considered group bookings; the hotels reserve the right to refuse such bookings or apply special rates. In such a case, the group stay terms and conditions per hotel policy shall be applicable.
- Neupass Loyalty Program members can earn NeuCoins on their eligible spends only on bookings made via the brand website, Tata Neu app, IHCL central reservation office or hotel reservation office. Bookings made via any other mediums will not be eligible to earn NeuCoins.

- In case of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the room rate and taxes applicable for the duration of the stay on the credit card provided at the time of the booking.

- Any dispute pertaining to the use of this benefit shall be governed by the laws of India and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
