Diners can pre-order their choice of dishes off the menu, based on what the Savoy’s kitchen garden has ready for harvesting. Taste the 400-year-old Badaga tribal cuisine, native to the Nilgiris, with a splendid farm-to-fork Koo/meal featuring fresh beans, vegetables, chicken curries, millet flatbreads, and delectable desserts. The Dining Room also serves a selection of Anglo-Indian dishes, vintage British recipes that were reinvented by Indian khansamah (chefs) in the colonial era. This experience is best enjoyed in the eight-seater private dining room with an old-world, formal vibe.
