Terms & Conditions

1. The offer is applicable to all IHCL hotels in India and International (please refer to Annexure for list of participating hotels)-Taj, SeleQtions, Vivanta, and is subject to rate availability.

2. Book and stay dates from 1st October -31 st March 2022.

3. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, promotional rate or negotiated rate.

4. Extra adults and children will be charged as per the hotel’s normal policy and applicable rates.

5. Additional GST is applicable for India hotels. Additional local taxes applicable for international hotels unless if the rate is already tax inclusive.

6. Reservations exceeding 5 rooms on overlapping dates will be considered a group booking; Hotel reserves the right to refuse such bookings on the basis of availability and may apply special rates.

7. Rates are commissionable to bonafide travel agents by 10%.

8. All the Terms and Conditions of the Taj InnerCircle(TIC) programme will apply for direct bookings. Normal points accumulation process will be followed. OTA and third party bookings will not be eligible for TIC points.
