Awesome experience.
Very friendly and courteous staff. A lovely property in calicut, quite close to the beach and the main market. I must compliment the staff for really making us comfortable.

Great staff. Hotel needs work.
The rooms are a good size however the 2 big issues are the air conditioning controls which do not regulate either the fan or the temperature. It’s either too cold or you have to switch it off.
The second issue is the quality of mattresses and pillow. These are certainly not commensurate with what is found in Taj or any other reputed chain of the same stature.
The staff is the strength of the hotel. Extremely polite and ever helpful.
The breakfast buffet is good and tasty. The only thing that needs improvement there is the egg station and the bircher muesli. The eggs cooked to order can be much better. The bircher muesli recipe is probably wrong which makes it the worst bircher I have had in any place.
