How much time it will take to receive my benefit vouchers?

In our endeavour to go digital, we have replaced the physical benefit vouchers with e-vouchers. You will receive an email with link to your e-vouchers within 48 hours from the date of enrolment. How much time it will take to receive my membership Card?

You will receive your membership card within 10 days from the date of enrolment.

What is the validity of the vouchers?

Vouchers have a validity of 365 days from the date of issue.

How do I access my vouchers?

You will receive a link to your vouchers on the registered email ID upon enrolment. You can access your vouchers using the same link. You can also access the vouchers by logging in to your account using the following link : https://www.tajhotels.com/en-in/epicureprogram/my-account/

What is Add-on Card?

“Add-on Card” refers to the additional membership card offered over and in addition to the primary Epicure Program Membership card only, for usage by the member’s spouse to avail Special Discounts which are a part of the membership. An Add-on card holder is not offered any Exclusive Vouchers for his/her usage. “Add-on Card” can be availed while purchasing the Epicure Privilege membership by providing the details of the person to who the Add-On card needs to be issued.

How can I get their GST Invoice?

For GST invoice please write an email at epicure@ihcltata.com Please provide the following information as part of the email:

  • Company Name
  • Company Address
  • Company GST No. 
  • Membership ID
    GST invoice will be sent to the member on the registered email ID within 7 business days upon receiving the request via email with the above the mentioned details.
How can I renew my Epicure membership?

You can renew your Epicure Preferred or Privilege membership online within 45 days from the date of expiry by logging in to your Epicure account using the following link: https://www.tajhotels.com/en-in/epicureprogram/my-account/.

Can unused vouchers/benefits be extended after expiry?

Unused vouchers or benefits cannot be extended after expiry.

I have lost my membership card. How can I get it re-issued?

Please write an email at Epicure@ihcltata.com from your registered email id to initiate the membership card re-issue process.

How to reserve a table to utilise Epicure benefits for lunch/dinner?

Members need to contact directly with the hotel or restaurant, and reserve the table.

How many people can avail of the Food & Beverage discount?

The Food & Beverage 25% discount can be availed by a group size of up to 10 members. This benefit can be used multiple time throughout the validity of the voucher. It entitles the Epicure Program Member to avail Food and Beverage services (including alcohol), across participating hotels and does not include any other offerings or services. It is not applicable for redemption on blackout dates at the participating hotels. Is 25% discount of Food & Beverage also applicable on alcoholic beverages?

Yes, 25% discount of Food & Beverage is also applicable on alcoholic beverages.

How to avail the 25% discount on Qmin Food Deliveries?

Member can avail the 25% discount on Qmin food deliveries for food delivery orders placed via the Qmin mobile application only and is not valid on orders placed via phone or other means. The voucher code must be applied while placing the order and cannot be applied once the order is placed. This voucher code can be used multiple times and for multiple orders through its validity period. To redeem this voucher code, member can download Qmin Mobile Application from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

What are the inclusion in the Set Meal for Two?

The ‘Set Meal for Two’ voucher entitles the bearer to a one-time set lunch for two persons only at the participating All-Day Dining restaurants across hotels and does not include any other offerings or services. The set meal will be from a selection of 3-course veg / non-veg menu options as curated by the hotel. The choice of meats in the non-veg menu options will be Chicken / Mutton / Fish and will not include any other seafood or imported meats. This voucher can be utilized from Monday to Saturday only. This voucher is applicable at the designated All-Day Dining restaurant(s) only, and not at any other restaurant of the participating hotels. What is the Complimentary Celebration Cake benefit?

Complimentary Celebration Cake voucher entitles the Epicure Program member to a one-time Celebration Cake upon dining at any of the participating restaurants across hotels on any day during his/her Birthday month and does not include any other offerings or services. This voucher is applicable on dine-in only and is not valid for delivery or takeaway. This voucher is applicable only during a member’s birthday month, as registered with Epicure Program.

What are the inclusions in the complimentary spa treatment?

The complimentary spa treatment voucher entitles the bearer to a one-time complimentary sixty-minute spa treatment and access to sauna and steam for one person at the Spas across participating hotels and does not include any other offerings or services.

What is the Complimentary night stay voucher?

Complimentary night stay voucher entitles the Epicure Program member to a one-night room stay and breakfast for two persons only at the base category room of the hotel and does not include any other offerings or services. Government taxes as applicable will be payable directly at the time of using this voucher.

Can I avail the Complimentary night stay voucher on anytime?

Complimentary night stay vouchers cannot be availed for stays on any date from 23rd December to 15th January or blackout dates at the participating hotels.

What charges do I need to pay to avail the Complimentary night stay voucher?

Member needs to pay the government taxes as applicable, which will be payable directly at the time of using this voucher.

What are the list of participating hotels where the Complimentary night stay is applicable?

What are the Blackout dates?

“Blackout Dates” refer to dates, including but not limited to select weekends, public holidays & festivals, and days of the peak travel season period, on which the availability of products and services at the participating hotels is limited, and during which the membership benefits of the Epicure Program are not valid at the Participating Hotels

Can we club the discounted vouchers with any other offers going on?

No. Epicure Membership Benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other prevailing offers, vouchers, offers, promotions, or discounts.

Can I avail my all Epicure benefits and vouchers at Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels?

No, an Epicure member cannot avail Epicure membership benefits and vouchers at Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels as this is non participating brand in the Epicure membership program.
