IHCL Business ConnectTerms & Conditions
1. Program Eligibility & Application
The special rates and benefits under IHCL Business Connect are available only to Travel Agencies who have been approved into the Program as IHCL Business Connect Members.
The Program is intended for business/leisure travel of guests booked by the travel agency using the TA access code.
To avail special rates, the booking must be made using the Travel Agency Access Code issued to the Member Company.
Maximum length of stay at any hotel under the Program is 7 nights. Stays beyond this require prior approval from the hotel and are subject to availability.
2. Booking & Access to Special Rates
Special rates are applicable only when the reservation is made via the dedicated link/Call Center and access code provided in the membership kit.
The IHCL business connect room offer to travel agency are commissionable by 10%
In the absence of a valid booking confirmation from a valid IHCL business connect member Travel Agency , the special rate will not apply and the regular Best Available Rate (BAR) shall be charged, with no discounts or inclusions.
3. Participating Hotels & Availability
The offer is available at participating IHCL hotels, including Taj, SeleQtions, Gateway, Vivanta Ginger, Claridges, Brij, Ama, Clarks and Tree of Life hotels across India, as may be specified by IHCL from time to time.
Rates and room availability are subject to availability at the time of booking. Blackout dates and inventory limitations may apply.
4. Rate Conditions
The Business Connect special rate cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, package, negotiated rate or discount.
American Express Gift Card vouchers or any other promotional vouchers shall not be applicable for settling the stay booked under this offer. Only Taj Gift vouchers are applicable for this program.
5. Occupancy & Charges
Maximum occupancy per room is as per the hotel’s policy. Additional charges may apply for children or extra adults occupying the room.
6. Guarantee & Payment
A valid credit card guarantee is required at the time of reservation.
For reservations at hotels in India, the credit card provided at the time of booking will be tokenized in compliance with applicable regulations.
All bills must be settled by the guest at the time of check-out. No credit or bill-to-company facility shall be extended.
7. Cancellation & No-Show
Cancellation policies are defined by the hotel at the time of reservation. Hotels may charge a penalty for cancellations within the cancellation window.
In case of no-show, hotels reserve the right to charge the room rate and applicable taxes for the duration of the stay to the tokenized credit card provided at the time of booking.
8. Room Limits & Stay Duration
The rate may be utilized for a maximum of 3 rooms with not more than 9 guests at any given time, provided bookings are made in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
9. Right to Refuse & Misuse
Each hotel reserves the right to refuse bookings not in compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
Any misuse of the Travel Agency Access Code, deliberate misrepresentation of eligibility, or use of rates outside the scope of business/leisure travel may be considered a breach of these Terms and will be subject to review by IHCL management.
10. Program Changes & Termination
IHCL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Business Connect Program and any associated rates or benefits at any time without prior notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and the Business Connect Program shall be governed by applicable laws of India.
