All Day Dining Voucher

Terms and Conditions

1. This voucher entitles you to a inclusive meal for two persons at any of the participating All Day Dining restaurants in India.
2. The inclusive meal would either be a buffet or a three-course set meal at restaurants which do not offer buffets, along with soft beverages, for two persons.
3. To redeem this voucher please contact the participating All Day Dining restaurant directly. Prior reservation is mandatory for the use of this voucher, which must be must be presented at the time of redemption. Reservations are subject to availability at the time of making reservations.
4. This voucher is meant for single usage only, and is valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
5. Any other expenses, over and above the voucher inclusions, will be borne by the guest and will need to be settled directly at the restaurant at the time of voucher redemption.
6. This voucher is not applicable on blackout dates – 14th Feb, 24th Dec, 25th Dec and 31st Dec and/or any other promotional buffets/events/dates as decided by individual hotels.
7. This voucher is not valid across Bars or Lounges.
8. This voucher cannot be clubbed with any other prevailing offers, discounts and other voucher.
9. The voucher cannot be combined for group dining – the same will be at discretion of outlet to allow multiple voucher usage at same time.
10. This is a single use voucher and cannot be encashed or replaced if lost or stolen nor can it be renewed, exchanged against cash or clubbed with any other offer, discount or promotion.
11. NeuCoins are not applicable against the purchase or redemption of this voucher.
12. Sale of vouchers is for institutional purpose only and not available for individual purchase. Re-sale of vouchers is not permitted.
13. This voucher is offered at the sole discretion of IHCL and the terms & conditions of this voucher can be altered by IHCL at its discretion at any time.
14. Any dispute pertaining to the use of this voucher shall be governed by the laws of India and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
