Sales & Marketing

The Taj Group’s global sales team is located across 9 regions including the US, UK and Japan. They are committed to drive key global and commercial accounts for corporates.

With a specialized MICE team the group has an expertise of handling large scale meetings, incentives, events and conferences, having played host to numerous heads of states, celebrities and international conferences.

The Travel Industry Sales Department is responsible for the group’s international inbound leisure business. It targets various segments such as individuals, associations, travel agents and tour operators. Our Domestic leisure team focuses on leisure, weddings and social events. Known for our, breathtaking locations, excellent facilities and exceptional service the Taj group is the preferred choice for weddings.

Our Revenue Managers provide solutions for managing pricing and inventory to ensure maximization of revenues and profits for the hotels. The various distribution systems include the Taj Reservations Worldwide providing 24 x 7 toll free reservation services for all hotels, Global Distribution Systems, Direct web distribution and third party websites. All our hotels are represented and accessible through the GDS under our unique TJ code. Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces has close associations and partnerships with leading consortias and global agents.

Our marketing team develops marketing strategies, brand management frameworks and brand specific experiences to ensure a globally reputable brand.
