Voucher 6: Complimentary 1-Night Stay in a Standard Room (Exclusive & Elite)
  • This voucher is issued by The Indian Hotels Company Limited, hereinafter referred to as Taj / the Company.
  • This Voucher is for individual use only and entitles you to a one-night stay in a standard room (or equivalent), with breakfast for two Guests, at Participating Hotels, subject to availability.
  • Participating Hotels in Mumbai are Taj Mahal Tower, Mumbai; Taj Lands End, Mumbai; Taj Santacruz, Mumbai; Taj The Trees, Mumbai; President, Mumbai - IHCL SeleQtions & Vivanta Navi Mumbai, Turbhe.
  • Rooms have to be booked in advance.For room reservations, please write to jwcbliss@ihcltata.com
  • Voucher number and PIN must be shared at the time of booking your stay.
  • Booking is confirmed only upon validation of Voucher Details entered at the time of booking. The Voucher will be consumed at booking date and redeemed within 48hrs from the time the booking is processed. In case of any discrepancy, the booking will be cancelled and the guest would be notified.
  • Cancellation is allowed as per hotel's individual policy or up to 72 hours prior to Check-In date whichever is earlier. The voucher will be deemed utilized if cancelled beyond the free cancellation period.
  • Voucher (hard/soft copy) to be presented at check-In and original voucher will be retained by hotels on arrival.
  • A booking made on any other IHCL rate programme e.g. Best Available Rate cannot be converted into a J Wellness Circle Bliss night stay.
  • This voucher cannot be clubbed with other vouchers to create a group booking. A group booking is defined as per hotel policy and any misuse of such vouchers can be refused at the individual hotel’s discretion
  • Any cancellation or modification of the booking would have to be routed via holiday.reservations@ihcltata.com. Please allow a minimum of 72 hours in case of any re-utilization of the same voucher is to be done.
  • Blackout Dates apply, and a minimum 72-hour advance booking is required.
  • GST as applicable will be payable extra at the hotel at the time of availing of the offer. For the purpose of GST calculation, the value of the offer is INR 9500
  • Any extras and incidentals to be settled at the time of check out and cannot be billed to company.

Voucher 2: Experiential Foot Reflexology (Exclusive &Elite versions)
  • This voucher is issued by The Indian Hotels Company Limited, hereinafter referred to as Taj / the Company.
  • This Voucher is for individual use only and entitles you to a 60-minute foot massage the Participating Hotels in Mumbai (Taj Mahal Palace & Tower, Mumbai; Taj Wellington Mews, Mumbai; Taj Lands End, Mumbai; Taj Santacruz, Mumbai; Taj The Trees, Mumbai; President, Mumbai – IHCL SeleQtions, Vivanta Navi Mumbai, Turbhe & J Wellness Circle at Lodha World Towers Lower Parel)
  • This voucher is valid for 365 days from the day of issue. Vouchers not redeemed by the end of the Validity Period shall automatically expire and will not be reissued or extended under any circumstances.
  • GST charges as applicable will be payable by the Guest at the time of availing a service.
  • This Voucher along with a valid Government ID is required to be presented at the Hotel for availing the services.
  • Advance bookings must be made for Spa treatments. Please contact the spa reception to help you with a consultation, booking or any queries you might have.
  • We encourage the Guest to arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment.
  • Redemption of the voucher by its bearer shall be a valid discharge of the company's liabilities in respect of the voucher.
  • This voucher can be used for a single transaction and not for multiple transactions.
  • The voucher shall not be valid for any other service nor redeemable for cash.
  • No refund, replacement or cash back would be considered against the voucher. Once a voucher is issued, the company will not entertain any request for cancellation. Any defaced, torn, altered, spoiled or cancelled voucher is deemed invalid and shall not be accepted.
  • Any dispute needs to be referred to The Indian Hotels Company Limited and the decision of the company shall be final.
  • Any further dispute related to the voucher shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.
  • The voucher is subject to applicable laws. The company, purchaser and the voucher bearer shall comply with all applicable laws promulgated by any statutory/judicial/competent authority from time to time in this regard
