When do I get the kit?

You will receive your membership kit with physical vouchers within 07 days from the date of enrolment. You will receive an email with the link to your e-vouchers within 24 hours from the date of enrolment.

What all do you get in the welcome kit?

The welcome kit consists of the physical vouchers for usage.

How can I check the validity of the vouchers?

All vouchers are valid for a period of 365 days from the date of purchase.

Can I extend the vouchers post expiry?

Unused vouchers or benefits cannot be extended after expiry.

Can I get digital vouchers as well?

The vouchers can be made available either digitally or physically.

Can I get the vouchers replaced/reissued?

Can I accrue or redeem my TataNeu coins on this purchase?

How do I make the Spa, Salon, room reservations?

Can I go to the spa/salon without a reservation and still use the voucher?

For Qmin meals, Can I use the voucher for offline orders?

For Qmin meals, can I use the voucher to send a meal to my family/friend in another city?

Can any discount/offer be clubbed with these vouchers?

Can the vouchers be personalized?

Do I need to pay any charges on redemption?

The member must pay all government taxes as applicable, which will be payable directly at the time of using this voucher.

Are there any blackout dates?

‘Blackout Dates’ refer to dates, including but not limited to select weekends, public holidays & festivals, and peak travel season periods, during which time, availability of products and services at the participating hotels is limited. During such times, membership benefits of the membership are not valid at any of the participating hotels in Mumbai.

What are the services included in the spa and salon?
