• Confirmation of rooms is subject to availability. Room reservation based on allocation of rooms on these special offers.                                                
• Rates for all hotels in India are in INR (and for Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Maldives, USA in US $Dollars;  Rebak Langkawi in Ringitts, Australia in $AUS, Dubai in Dirhams and UK in Sterling Pounds).            
• For Taj Cape Town rates are in South African Rands (ZAR).                                                       
• Rates are subject to change.                                                 
• Bookings of more than 5 rooms cannot be made on the Taj Summer Holiday offers at one time.  
• Extension of stay on pro-rata basis.                                                   
• Rooms subject to availability on this offer.                                                      
• Ooty, Coonoor, Goa properties have packages on AP basis.                                                      
• Goa Hotels offer you the option of either an All Meals inclusive package or a meal credit offer.                  
• Change of dates for bookings on the Taj Holidays offers is not permitted once the payment is received for the same.                                                   
• Taj Holidays offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.                                            
• Railway station/ airport transfers wherever applicable will be provided only with prior intimation.     
• Last date for cancellation would be 15 days prior to check in date.                                 
• Payment guarantee needs to come in within 72 hours of making the booking.                            
• Rates are commissionable to authorised Travel agents.
