Come summer and Kerala is eager to herald Vishu -the New Year and the harvest festival. GAD celebrates the season of plenty and prosperity with Vishu Ela Sadya, a delicious feast served on a banana leaf. From banana chips pappadam to pachadi, thoran, kootu curry and Kalan there are a choice of several traditional preparations served in a specific order and at a specific place on the leaf. The meal is wrapped up with delicious palada payasam and paruppu payasam . A truly gastronomic experience!

Indulge your love for street food as the chefs recreate a choice of zesty popular street food preparations from different parts of India.
