Vishu special Lunch
Celebrate Vishu, the first day of the Hindu New Year in Kerala and one of Kerala’s most important festivals, over an elaborate feast! The festive menu features a choice of traditional delicacies. Interestingly the dishes are prepared with salty, sweet, sour and bitter ingredients such as salt, jaggery, raw mango and margosa flowers, with the sweetness being more than the bitterness and sourness. The mix of ingredients and tastes indicates that the New Year will have a bouquet of experiences yet the sweetness will be predominant!
