- The Visit India 2009 offer is applicable on a room-only basis at select Taj Hotels
in India.
- Rates do not include any taxes, including those that may be applicable on the complimentary
night.
- The free night has to be availed of consecutively with the paid nights and must be availed of at the same hotel. Minimum length of stay for the "Stay for one night and get the 2nd night free" is 2 nights, while minimum length of stay for the "Stay for 2 nights and get the 3rd night free" is 3 nights.
- Offers may be extended on a pro-rate basis as follows:
For the "Stay for three nights at the price of two" offer: Stays for 4 nights or more will be offered at 30% less on the per night rates. Rates for extra nights will be adjusted on check-in.
For the "Stay for two nights at the price of one" offer: Stays for 3 nights or more will be offered at 50% less on the per night rates. Rates for extra nights will be adjusted on check-in.
- The "Visit India 2009" offers can be reserved only if booked:

For stays between April 1, 2009 - September 30, 2009: at least 15 days prior to the date of check-in.

For stays between October 1, 2009 – December 31, 2009: at least 30 days prior to the date of check-in.
- Travel agencies enjoying credit facilities with the Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces
must guarantee the reservation by way of a bonafide voucher. Vouchers must be received
by the hotel at least 15 days prior to arrival at the hotel (for stays between April
1, 2009 and September 30, 2009) and at least 30 days prior to arrival at the hotel
(for stays between October 1, 2009 and September 30, 2009).
- Any change in the name of the guest will be treated as a new booking and the existing
booking will be released. The released booking may be subject to the cancellation
policy as stated herein below.
- Should a reservation be cancelled, the following cancellation policy would be applicable:

For stays between April 1, 2009 – September 30, 2009: Cancellations must be received by us at least 15 days prior to the date of arrival at the hotel to avoid the cancellation fee of one night, including taxes.

For stays between October 1, 2009 – December 31, 2009: Cancellations must be received by us at least 30 days prior to the date of arrival at the hotel to avoid the cancellation fee of two nights, including taxes.
- The offer is extendable on a pro rata basis provided the minimum number of nights
as per the specific hotel offer is achieved.
- The "Visit India 2009" offer is applicable only for individual leisure guests. A
maximum of 3 rooms can be booked under the same guest's name at the same hotel and
for the same dates. This offer is not applicable for guests traveling to attend
conferences, events (including weddings), meetings or exhibitions.
- The "Visit India 2009" offer is subject to availability of rooms.
- This offer can not be combined with any other existing offers or special rates.
