YOGA NIDRA (Yogic Relaxation) (50 mts)
Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness where one is on the border line between sleep and wakefulness. It is a state of inner awareness and contact with the sub conscious and higher consciousness. It is the awareness of the faculties of hearing and feeling. This practice relaxes the body and mind.

AJAPA JAPA (Spontaneous Mantra) (50 mts)
In this practice one is made aware of the passage of breath through a visualized passage and the spontaneous mantra ‘soham’. A very calming, soothing and therapeutic practice.

ANTAR MOUNA (Inner silence) (50 mts)
In this practice one remains a silent witness of every thought that is going through the mind. It teaches one to observe the processes of the mind and find ways to bring them under control.

HIRDAYAKASHA DHARANA (Concentration on heart space) (50 mts)
In this practice one is guided to become aware of the heart space. This practice allows one to get in touch with one’s emotions.
