The gymnasium also located in the Ayurveda Centre Complex is equipped with Treadmill, Mutligym and Excercycles
Ayurveda Room
Separate facilities are available for men and women with two Ayurveda Rooms, each with an attached bath. Massage beds are constructed from authentic medicated wood as prescribed in classic Ayurvedic texts. Each treatment room has an idol, the presiding deity of Wellness, Lord Dhanvantari where the therapists offer blessings for health and harmony as per Ayurveda philosophy.
Yoga Room
The Yoga Room overlooking the water provides an ideal setting for practicing Yoga and meditation. Daily sessions for guests are conducted under the expert guidance of a Yoga Teacher at no extra charge. Therapeutic Yoga is also available for specific ailments.
