Launch of New Menu
Cinnamon, the fine-dining Pan Indian restaurant, serves a variety of specialties from different regions of India. The new menu showcases a repertoire of simple yet delicious dishes from several erstwhile princely states of India that recreate the magic and ethos that graced the legendary royal kitchens of India.
The highlights of the menu- that pays respects of India’s royal heritage- are Shahi Rajputana that is inspired by the royal cuisines of Rajasthan; Qadeemi Lazzat that features a selection of Awadhi delicacies that pay rich tribute to the Nawabs of Awadh and their refined aesthetics; Zayeka that showcases the refined elegance of the Nizams of Hyderabad in aspects of life from the culinary arts to jewellery; Wazwan that captures the beauty of the elaborate multi-course meal in Kashmiri cuisine, the preparation of which is considered to be an intricate art and a point of pride in Kashmiri culture and identity.

The Good Earth is famous for its offering of amazing Cantonese and Szechuan delicacies. In January, the restaurant presents a special à la carte menu of Szechuan specialities. Prepared with a judicious dash of spices, Szechuan cuisine is always a favourite for its taste, flavours and spiciness! Yet, its spiciness doesn’t stem from chillies alone as other spices such as Szechuan pepper, black pepper, cayenne pepper are also added.
