The highlights of the menu- that pays respects of India’s royal heritage- are Shahi Rajputana that is inspired by the royal cuisines of Rajasthan; Qadeemi Lazzat that features a selection of Awadhi delicacies that pay rich tribute to the Nawabs of Awadh and their refined aesthetics; Zayeka that showcases the refined elegance of the Nizams of Hyderabad in aspects of life from the culinary arts to jewellery; Wazwan that captures the beauty of the elaborate multi-course meal in Kashmiri cuisine, the preparation of which is considered to be an intricate art and a point of pride in Kashmiri culture and identity.

The Good Earth is famous for its offering of amazing Cantonese and Szechuan delicacies. In January, the restaurant presents a special à la carte menu of Szechuan specialities.
