Grills Under the Stars
GAD, the charming all-day dining restaurant, is popular for its multi-cuisine menu. In January, the restaurant presents grills and barbeques by the pool. The fresh catch of the day -which includes prawns, scampi, Karimeen, pomfret, mullet, grouper, snapper, seer fish, squid and mussels-is displayed for diners to select their choice of seafood. A variety of spices and herbs of different flavours including local Kerala, Chettinad, tandoori and Cajun blackened seasonings are displayed for guests to choose from, and then have the seafood grilled as per their preference.
An interactive salad bar, a bread station serving garlic baguettes, focaccia, soft and hard rolls, lavash, with a variety of dips, spreads and sauces including harissa, chimichurri, aioli, pesto add to the fun. And for each glass of wine ordered, one is served complimentary to guests!

Set off on a delectable culinary journey across the Orient! GAD hosts a week long festival that presents specialities from different regions of China. Infused with an irresistible blend of sweet, sour, spicy and bitter flavours, the flavourful dishes are sure to please your palate!
With Chef Salin and Chef Sabu at the helm a delightful dining experience is assured! Delicious dim sums and soups, Corn kernel pepper salt, Vegetable Malak, Stir fried broccoli and black mushrooms with soya chilli sauces, Seafood rice in oyster sauce, Zima prawns, Smoked fish and Konji crispy chicken are among the dishes on the menu that promises a memorable dining experience for vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests. And to wrap up the meal is the most delicious Darsaan!

The Street Food Fest
Indulge your love for street food as the chefs rustle up a choice of Thattukada or tasty popular street food preparations! Long savoured by the common man, these simple fresh flavourful local preparations are a treat for the palate! From the simple Thattu dosas, dosas with chamandhi, puttu, idiappams and parathas with curry hot off the fire to Mutta Roast, Beef fry and, Kozhi porichathu the festival offers a choice of lip-smacking delights.
