Visually stunning, this restaurant is located by a 120 year old tamarind tree and serves up stylishly crafted native culinary fare in a sophisticated setting. Signature items include the Paperwali Machchi ( fish fillets drizzled with freshly ground peppercorns enveloped in parchment paper and char grilled without oil in an open pit) and Murg Khatta Pyaaz (a combination of chicken with pickled onions and brought to pleasing pungency with burnt garlic). Highlights of the experience include Masala Grill, where guests can create their own grills on stones that have been marinated in herbs and spices for over two weeks.
